What is Logimax?

Logimax is a warehouse management system (WMS) that leverages the strength of the IBMi platform for third-party (3PL) and distribution companies. "Logimax Review"

We have been using Logimax for over 18 years now. We started with their basic green screen original version then moved to version 2 and now just upgraded to version 3. We love seeing how Logimax constantly evolves with modern tech upgrades that is essential in the 3PL industry. Auto notifies, customer access, EDI, Tracking, KPI and Inventory reporting, customizability that can be done by your staff in house simply, or they always help and find a way to help accomplish a goal that would need programming. Our staff love it and so do our customers. Logimax has helped us maintain a lean operation while keeping upmost customer service levels.
Pros:
You can do pretty much everything with this software from tracking pallet level quantity's to inner cartons. They are very customizable and the team at Logimax makes you feel like a valued customer.
Cons:
There is a lot of things that Logimax can do which creates a lot of options to choose from. Sometimes this can lead to confusion for a new hire but you are able to customize what each users permissions for a simpler experience.

"Modernized WMS"

We were looking to replace our present entry level SaaS WMS that we found inflexible.
We looked at 5 different 3PL oriented WMS systems that were in the "affordable" price range and involved our staff in the selection/recommendation process. Our super-users and supervisors found Logimax scored the highest in all of the categories that were the most important to us. It was deployed quickly and lived up to what the references said about it. We are happy with our decision and have found Logimax helps us run our business more profitable and solve our day to day 3PL customer challenges faster.
Pros:
Easy to use - designed intuitively - we can use temporary labor on the system Flexible - my customers have different requirements, Logimax can mange that. Easy to add new customers and add our complex rating structures Inventory control Good support
Cons:
I wish they had a west coast support office - I'm told they are cross training someone at their sister company in California
