While there are a couple frustrating things such as non-alphabetized menus, and tabbing orders that are not sequential, these are minor issues and can be over come. We have been very pleased with the ability of the system and were able to take a group of untrained employees new to the hotel industry and have them functional and working in a very short amount of time. Skyware has outstanding customer service and they have felt much more like a partner than just another vendor.
