Many people use TeamViewer for remote access to computers and I think TeamViewer is great for normal business interactions. Instant Housecall sets itself apart as the best tool for remote technical support. It offers tons of features for IT businesses. My IT guy can remotely run files, reboot my computer in safe mode, he has even completely reformatted my hard drive once remotely. We can live chat when necessary. If the connection is lost with my IT guy, Instant Housecall automatically reconnects without any action on my part.
