> **Cons**: One drawback is the lack of a text-to-pay or text invoice feature, which would make it much more convenient for clients to receive bills and complete payments quickly from their phones—especially those on a mobile schedule who aren’t home during appointments or those who have someone else handle pickup.

> DaySmart Pet is a great system. It makes it easy to manage clients and pets. They are constantly updating and improving the system. Tech support responded quickly and resolved the issue. Great value for the price. Each employee gets their own login with a password, so every employee's personal information is secured, and you are able to track things like which employee created a note, made/edited an appointment, or who did the drawer count.

> **Pros**: I loved DaySmart from 2013 to 2023. Then they changed the tech support to AI. Before you could talk to a agent and get your software problems resolved in less then 30mins. Kind, helpful, supportive and a peace of mind, But Not now\!\!\!\!\!

Not suitable for busy Owners/Groomers. &#10;First you go through AI's questions.&#10;Next e-mail back and forth. &#10;Waiting game with tech support. You are in between other Client support e-mails, etc. &#10;E-mailing don't get the fix?&#10;Then they will set up a call appointment. &#10;If you think the problem is fixed. Surprise it's not\!\!&#10;You have to start all over.&#10;I talked to multiple tech agents explaining the issues. Problems couldn't get resolved in one day because I have grooming deadlines to meet. I can't just sit waiting for a return response.  By the way i have to use my hands to groom. So how am i suppose to do that sit at the computer and e-mail back and forth\!\!\!\!&#10;Talking to a live person builds quality customer support and relations.

> **Cons**: DaySmart unfortunately seems to have relatively frequent outages or service interruptions for a variety of reasons. I cannot say for sure these are DaySmart specific though as opposed to more major outages trickling down to DaySmart.
