> **Pros**: Very easy to use and adds a level of automation by building out workflows based on user stories. Great repository for project work define different elements from requirements, scope, actors, user stories, etc. Those elements can then plugged into the project templates for charters and etc. Very useful features.

> **Cons**: Outdated UI. I don't know if it was just the version we had, but it very much looked, functioned, and felt like a program from the early 2000s. Have to be careful with the implementation though because it only allows one workflow per business unit. If the implementation scope gets too big compromises begin to be made which may require process changes.

> Overall it was good. The program functioned great. I believe most negative experiences resulted from my company's implementation and not the tool itself.
