I always feel, probably from dealing with other Help Desks in my life, like I'm going to get the wrong person to be able to help with my issue. Like, "oh, you need to hang up, redial, and press the \#2 option; we don't solve those problems here; bye" But that's never been the case when I call or email. I can probably count on 1 hand how many times I've needed to interface with \[sensitive content hidden\] and/or anyone else in the 4ish years we've been using the eWorks platform; and the customer care has been tremendous. Furthermore, I've never had to hang up and redial hitting \#2; \[sensitive content hidden\] know's exactly what I'm talking about each time, and is well versed in solving the issue I'm having on my end. > > **Cons**: The only con I have is you changed the flag colors. They're kinda faint now, and I totally despise it. Oh, I'd also like to see a Green.
