It does everything I need it to do. The thing I like most is the rapid support response. On the rare occasion something untoward occurs, Rep has been my go-to guy for over four years and solves whatever problem quickly.

I can't think of anything. It works perfectly for my needs.

Excellent software and service
Comments:
We are a language school and use SuperSaaS for our learners to book their telephone lessons and their tests
It's easy for us to track the number of lessons and easy for the users to book and change their sessions

Comments: This software allows for scheduling of the EMC testing.

Great online scheduling tool, simple yet having all key functionalities and integrations you need
Comments: A scheduling tool that is very easy to onboard and integrate with your site and with other existing tools. Easy for admins, easy for end users, has all the basic tools one may need and for extra tools you can count on the integration options. Pricing is low, all in all a great choice and particularly for small businesses with low budget who still wish to offer their users the convenience of online scheduling and booking management.
Pros:
Easy to use, easy to customize tool for online scheduling. No matter what your area of service is, you can still tune supersaas for your needs. There are levels of users, options for email and sms reminders, plugin for integration with wordpress, easy calendar management options. In addition, the tool integrates with many other tools via Zapier which makes it very easy to connect with existing CRMs and other tools
Cons:
The admin interface is a bit rough..might be made to look a bit more professional :) But on the other hand, thus it looks extremely simple, so that might be on purpose

Easy to use and simple for clients and administrators. I've been using it for years and HIGHLY recommended.
Cons:
I send in too many email requests and often referred to the manual. Would have liked a little more support (but understand your business model)...

I've used SuperSaaS for years, it is rock solid software.
Pros:
Web-based, super flexible, easy to use. The Paypal integration makes life much easier for me. I also download my booking information and analyze it in Excel. Very useful.
Cons:
None to speak of. The software has really met my needs. I find the pricing reasonable and the customer service to be quick and helpful.

We use this software as a booking software in a flight Club.
Pros:
It is easy to setup and can be Integrated in a web page. As the old system we had use was not available anymore we needed a new system that was easy to setup and found this. Very fast response on support. I had it setup without https and was helped instantly when users were complaining that the script was recognized as unsafe. Followed the help to change to https and everything is back up running.
Cons:
We are happy with the functionality. I do not our use is very advanced but it is grate for our purpose.

Handy software
Comments: We now rent out our rooms online. Users can check if a room is available and book it online.
Pros:
Everything can be set up online and implemented in your own website. All rooms/spaces can be adjusted to your needs for duration, pricing, opening hours and so on. You can create your own forms for optional information needed from users.
Cons:
Setup needs a long time to get to know where you can find all the features. Pricing is also based on number of appointments. In our case we have a lot of own appointments in our rooms which would induce a high cost without generating any income from external users.

Pros:
It's great functionality and it's cus support- if there is something you want to do but can't figure out how, you can just email them and they respond very quickly.

Supersaas as a partner software
Comments: I have been suggesting it for years and so far I have not seen anything better in the web world, without downloading and installing anything.
Pros:
That you can use the software for any case of on line bookings. For appointments, to space renting, excursions, events, doctors and so many other. It is quite parametrical so made to serve all needs. No need to do anything. Quite interactive. Can be controlled from any part of the world.
Cons:
I believe that calendar appearance should be improved. So far I am using the free version (quite generous) and have no comment to the paying version which is possible a lot better.
I needed to have a function that was not available, but it was added within one day.
Comments: I was spending a lot of time scheduling and invoicing, and actually fell behind on my invoicing. With SuperSaas I was able to design a website that allowed the customer to prepay and then make their own reservations. When some customers started booking and then canceling during holidays, asking for refunds, I was able to use the credit function so that people purchase credits that are refunded to their account instead of needing to refund payments. This has completely stopped new customers from "holding" spots while they shop around. So, SuperSaas has saved me both time and money. SuperSaas also saved me money in programming costs because it was/is easy enough for me to do the design and implementation myself. And I am confident that when I get stuck or need a new feature the company will understand and respond very quickly. This gives me both confidence and peace of mind. It also encourages me to think of better ways to build my company and serve my customers, knowing that the SuperSaas team will work with me in designing my online presence. Thank you
Pros:
I am so impressed by the responsiveness of customer support. I had a problem with the store function when I added credit card processing through a particular company in that it didn't allow for a "quantity" field. They understood the problem and added the function all within one day. And, as a matter of fact, it was the Director and founder of the company, Jan Faber, who responded and fixed the problem so quickly. I've never before experienced such an amazing response from a company. I also like the versatility of SuperSaas. I have designed a scheduling application for my dog boarding and day care facility, but I see, with a few added functions, that I will be able to also sell products. By the way, although I have some computer knowledge from years ago in university (I am 69 years old) the program is easy enough to use that I was able to do my own work, which saved me quite a bit in programming costs. With the versatility of the program, and the great customer support, I believe that this program can be molded into whatever scheduling form is needed. Thank you
Cons:
Not being a programmer, I would like to see more in-depth examples for businesses like mine and others at the design level. And I would like to be able to add a shopping cart , as well as pictures, to the shop, although this is expanding the program beyond simply scheduling.

I have used SuperSaas for several years to operate my healing studios in two locations.
Comments: I assume you mean SuperSaas. I have moved my location to a group therapist setting where we jointly use a different booking program, but from my individual practitioner standpoint, I find SuperSaas was easier to use and had more features useful to me. It kept me clear on who was booked and allowed me to create other calendars for other events very easily.
Pros:
Very comprehensive features, excellent notifications and very affordable for a small business. It took some time to get it set up how I wanted it but when I was stumped the customer care team gave great instructions. I offer several modalities in two different locations and this calendar worked perfectly. I also liked the ability to create a form to join my email list (and be anti-spam compliant) and I could create new schedules whenever I offered a Reiki class or workshop. The calendars have numerous settings, layouts and colours. It is possible to match your business' colour scheme and it's easy to put in your logo. This online booking calendar is fully customizable and very affordable.
Cons:
The initial setup takes some thought but is well worth the effort. Once I had it going, it was super. There are, like all software, things it will do that you only discover later that make it even more powerful. Like, for instance, you can set up two reminders to go out. One several days before the appointment as well as one just a day or two before. Perfect for the people who have to book a month in advance.

Great Scheduling Application
Comments: My overall experience with SuperSaaS is very positive. I set up 5 reservations calendars in very little time. My users had no problem figuring out to use it. It is easy to download schedules for accounting.
Pros:
SuperSaaS easy to set up and use. We have several devices that are used by a large user group and I like that in the application I can have a separate reservation calendar for each. I access the reservation calendars on my smart phone, on my laptop, and via my desktop computer. Our users like it because it is very straight forward to use. SuperSaaS is also very cost effective. It is also easy to compile past reservations for accounting.
Cons:
SuperSaaS is not the best looking reservation calendar system, some might say that it is 'old' looking. Another unliked feature is how it chooses a random time when clicking to make a reservation. I haven't found out how to have it start with standard times.

Happy with the product
Comments: For a 2-person business where we are providing the actual services as well as doing all our own admin and student scheduling, this has been a great time saver, as well as reduces mistakes (more chance of double-booking when you do it manually). We would have to grow a few employees in size before it makes sense to hire an admin person, but this booking software would help in that situation as well, and in the meantime it helps us limit our own time spent on scheduling admin.
Pros:
Good basic functionality for the price point - saves us time and money over our old manual method. When comparing to other options, we liked the accessible price point and that was the main deciding feature for us. We don't sell from the software, but we like the fact that we could set that up in the future. Does allow some customization for logos and controlling user access and such, but still hoping for future upgrades to move between screens and student accounts more efficiently.
Cons:
Does lack some efficiency pieces, like being able to go directly to a student account from a booked lesson time on the calendar. Does have fairly basic look to the calendar and occasionally new students have trouble figuring out at a glance which are the open times.
This scheduling system has made managing delivery receipts a breeze.
Comments: The software allows for better organization and planning of daily activities.
Pros:
What I like most is that we no longer have drivers showing up and hovering over our receiving attendants distracting them from their primary focus of accurately receiving our food products.
Cons:
What i like least is that in the "use" screen you have to open each "tile" to see the supplier to be received. Also, to my knowledge there is not a way to easily document the time the supplier arrives/departs to dial in the amount of time it actually takes to receive orders, which would allow us to more accurately book appointments.

In the "Use" section of your calendar, you can click on the column heading (i.e. "VP Tenant Bay 06") and see a more detailed overview of the bookings. Additionally, you can change the vertical length of your calendar in the "Layout" tab. You can select the length you'd like in the dropdown menu titled, "Vertical scale for month view." I can't say enough positive things about SuperSaas! I'm more than pleased with it....
Comments: Easy to keep track of clients and of colleagues' clients for billing colleagues for the use of the room.
Pros:
Ease of use and excellent customer service, where things are explained simply and clearly. Customer service is almost instantaneous, and the cost (after a free trial period, where you can experience what a great program it is) is minimal. I highly recommend it and am very satisfied, after 3+ years of use. A colleague introduced me to it, and implemented the original setup.
Cons:
Can't really say that there is anything I don't like. If I don't understand something, I shoot an email to rep and staff and get a quick, simple reply. What's not to like? (I have a small Art Therapy practice and space is shared with several other Art Therapists, all of whom can easily access the online schedule for booking.)

Supersaas is Superduper
Comments: Scheduling becomes a no-brainer!
Pros:
This software is a dream come true for me. For years I used excel spreadsheets to schedule youth baseball players to come to my house to practice. I would receive phone calls the night before or the morning of the sessions, with parents canceling their child's lesson. It was a PAIN. Now, all I do is set up the slots in Supersaas (along with my rule of no cancellation within 48 hrs of a lesson) and Supersaas does the rest. My partner and I get automatically notified of all activity and we can keep track of open and booked spots. Supersaas is magical and an incredible time-saver and organizer. And interestingly, I learned about Supersaas from a web designer in Croatia!
Cons:
There is a slight learning curve but it's well worth it with the data that becomes available. Can't think of any other cons.

It's like having a "virtual assistant" to book my appointments, without the expense of hiring one.
Comments: Frees up my time in that I can send a request for a meeting late at night and people can choose a time that suits them when I'm in a meeting. Huge time saver and helps my clients feel they are in control.
Pros:
I keep a link in my email signature so clients can book an appointment at their own convenience. I like the flexibility to adjust the amount of time people have to give between appointments and the amount of notice I need for new appointments (e.g., 1 day, 2 days, etc.).
Cons:
There are so many configuration options, it can be a daunting task to set up for a new user. It might be useful to supply some common set up templates.

Diamond in the Rough
Comments: I operate a gym in Tokyo, Japan and needed a system for individual clients to sign up for classes. We started out as a small operation so our requirements were simple. I researched several different scheduling options and created free trial accounts. All of the options I tried were less than ideal for different reasons. Some were unjustifiably expensive while others had so many features (that we didn't need) that it made finding what we wanted a chore. Then we found SuperSaaS amongst all the others. It was simple both in design and function, and yet the system allowed me to do many practical operations I didn't even realize I would want to do. And with a clean interface it was easy to manage. The price is unbeatable, and their customer service is quick and spot on. Of all the scheduling systems out there this one is truly a diamond in the rough. I highly recommend SuperSaaS to any small business looking for an affordable and easy to use scheduling system.

Cons:
As a schesuling system it did everything I wanted it to do.

Thank you for the review. SuperSaaS can actually handle time granularity besides 30 minutes, like 10, 15 or 20 minute intervals. What's more, with so-called "start time constraints" you can actually define custom intervals of irregular sizes. Feel free to email support to ask for detailed instructions.
Solid workhorse but not friendly for admin or users
Comments:
SuperSaas took over from a manual calendar and was a great leap forward.
It's failed to keep up with advancements in web user friendliness and looks but we have managed to set up our pricing structure using 23 rules by grouping customers. To group the customers we had to access each one individually...
Pros:
It does the job solidly and doesn't promise beyond what it can deliver. If you are willing to put the effort in it is pretty flexible. Fair pricing.
Cons:
It looks awful - a recent refresh helped a tiny bit. No bulk editing of customers - so a change can require accessing hundreds of customers individually. Occasionally confusing language - eg the use of the word credit (it seems to me) to describe both money paid in advance and the value of bookings allowed to be made on tick. Glacial development pace, but at least there is development.
We've been using this for 5+ years for our school PTO, and plan to continue to use.
Comments: low cost, relatively user friendly for our community to use.
Pros:
The best customer service - they are so quick (responses within the hour, sometimes within minutes!), and always provides the answers I'm looking for.
Cons:
Some functionality is clunky. We offer lots of series-classes that students must sign up for all sessions the functions available to handle this doesn't fully fit our needs, so over the years we've added in some manual workarounds. There also isn't a "shopping cart" option for students to add several items and check out and pay at once, they have to pay individually which is clunky for our users.

Provides everything I need to manage class bookings.
Comments: Moving from a manual based booking and payments process to an on-line cloud-based system has reduced the admin effort by over 90%, as well as improving the professionalism of the whole business.
Pros:
The flexibility to create and maintain many different types of booking schedules and configure them exactly to our needs. It is functionally very rich and the support staff are very quick and efficient in answering any queries.
Cons:
I'm struggling to answer this question. There is so much configurability that I've yet to find a gap.

Flexible product with flexible pricing
Comments: All our class students book their classes through our booking system, so it is a large and integral part of our business.
Pros:
Flexibility of use and flexibility of pricing, with payment according to volume used, which makes it ideal for small and growing businesses. Easy to use for our customers.
Cons:
We would have liked to have more colour options for the different classes that we set up.

Scheduling partner
Comments: I use the software to schedule my kitchen for clients. They independently reserve time after buying credits with the system. Having the schedule visible and online helps with planning for my clients.
Pros:
I like this software because it is easy to use, easy to configure, and it has many features that work well with my client base. The web based service makes it accessible.
Cons:
I do not like that the credit system is not as dynamic. I wish when I cancel bookings, the credits return to the customer. As well, when I reduce the number of hours booked, the credits return to the customer automatically. I wish I could get reports for individual customer/clients about the number of credits they use up in a month.
