### "Unfair people who dint keep  their promise and forcing us to sign on  new terms  for  GST  Version" — 3.0/5

> **Pros**: Specifically  made for Jewellery industry. With most of the feature covered, as they have been doing it for long time .

> **Cons**: Cant' Directly get to Support . have to mail them and they will call when ever they get time . many times have to follow up.  While purchasing the software promised that all support, Upgrades  will be free for one year Under AMC  , Now when we needed GST Version they are forcing us to Sign new terms/ Agreement  form, which  gives  them right to STOP software if we ever decided not to take AMC .  Even though we are in AMC they are denying  GST  version unless we sign new Agreement .
