Pros: Very impacted with the ease with which Intelec solves the doubts and concerns that may have their customers, I find it incredible how it lends itself to be a great company, in terms of its software development very fast and effective, I think it is one of its strengths; its speed ... The truth seems great and a great company, I am personally 100% satisfied if no doubt or inconvenience. Intelec is highly recommended for all those who need software organization services. Very good in all areas and without any complexity as those that can be found in other companies. Very pleased with your services ...
Cons: I really do not have any complaints about intellect just good comments and wonders of their services, I think that their way of working is in favor of pleasing customers and it shows ... I love the service it provides and how it helps you in 100% in all your doubts, do not let you create problems or misunderstandings and provide a very efficient and reliable service, something that not all companies currently do, but Intelec fulfills all these characteristics; Very reliable, very fast and above all very supportive with your client.

Comprehensive collection CRM system
Comments: very robust system, continually being updated. Very focused on the industry and compliance which in the collections industry is an ever changing target
Pros: the ability to create rules that dictate the next step in a process, eliminating much of the human factor

Good software with a highly customizable base
Pros: The software is fully customizable for our use. The software is "intelligent" so you can set it up where it will "think" and make decisions on what to do with an account based on the history of the account. One benefit of this software being on an AS/400 is we can use queries to extract data from multiple databases outside of Intelec itself. I don't have to have custom reports built, it can all be done via query. Its a big positive that support is 24 hours a day and they are willing to customize programming and provide support for that customization.
Cons: I cant update to the current software because it has changed to a GUI system and we do not want to change over to that. To us, it slows down getting things accomplished. We have opted to remain on the previous version.

Pros: Great job that Intelec offered. Very pleased with the services obtained and it shows how the company is dedicated to finding what customers need and especially doing it with great efficiency and speed.
Cons: I really do not have any complaints about this company, I'm very happy waiting to work with them again soon. Very good.

Good work for me
Pros: Flawless roll out of IVR this morning your team did a very nice job and they were very easy to work with.
Cons: I have no complaints about the site, everything has seemed excellent to me so far, I will continue to use the service for a long time.
