Comments: It works well, but I can't say it is grand. However, it does work better for us than other platforms we have tried. We are staying with PCRS so that says something good about it.
Pros:
I like how it tracks claims and the policy features. It is a well-made software for this.
Cons:
the worst thing is the software will not let a contract re-instate. This happens alot in the industries. we have lost sales because of this.
Solid partner with great customer service
Comments: We have had a very positive overall relationship. We performed an implementation/conversion in less than five months primarily due to the support and expertise of the PCMI team.
Pros:
Ease of use, level of detail, advanced reporting and earnings calculations
Cons:
Claims screen seems to lag but this may be an internal issue. All other modules function with adequate speed.
