> **Pros**: This is a very scalable software for work and asset management.  The best part is that it is 100% GIS based.  It is also very customizable through XML and JS changes.  We have made it our own to what our users require.

> **Cons**: The separate map page can be hard to work with.  Most of our users prefer to use GIS Search.  We have also customized the work order page to include an imbedded map.
> 
> Good experience with feedback from our users to allow us to make Cityworks what they need and to make it more user friendly for users who do not have a GIS background.
