Plus, adding events is pretty straightforward. I like their Support Tracker feature which helps us keep track of issues and changes we would like to do. > > **Cons**: I was not in on the decision to select this software, so it was missing a lot of features we needed. Some we paid for and some were covered by the Alumni Magnet team. It did not have enough fund-raising focused features when we first bought it and that made things slow to implement. However, they are in the process of rolling out new features that look extremely promising. Also, their documentation was very limited on how to update the directory data programmatically. Our programmer had to basically figure it out on the fly. Thank goodness we had someone on staff who could do the work. > > We are still asking for changes, but I believe that the overall look and timeliness of our website has improved with their interface. We still have limitations on sending emails out of their system, but many of the previous issues were fixed in the last year. In retrospect, I would not have selected this product at this time last year, but now they have added so much that it is pretty good.
