It becomes the centre of operations for managing properties, service charges, tenants, reporting, and general admin. The flexibility with report wizard and custom fields is a big plus, and the system handles large amounts of data well without needing loads of separate spreadsheets and workarounds. > > **Cons**: Some parts of the interface can feel a bit dated although they are improving, I imagine the scope of modernising a lot of systems whilst keeping up with modern requirements can be difficult. > > Overall, we continue to have positive experiences with MRI Qube PM.
