> **Pros**: win debt was extremely helpful when working in collections. It's how we were able to log accounts that we needed to contact to collect on.

> **Cons**: This software was not user-friendly. Downloading documents and unable to attach them.

> I personally would not recommend using this software, I believe there are better options out there for this kind of business.
