The 1st season everyone was very hands on and helpful during the set-up process. Support after was excellent. They were available to both me and my team during our learning process. I went into the second season unsure because you do not have a "person" assigned to assist you. I did need to put in a couple of help tickets. The response time was quick, the instructions thorough and they provided the links where I can find instructions moving forward.
