> **Pros**: I like that we can access all of our Markets in one billing system.
> 
> **Cons**: The least thing i like about our system is so many numbers,  like Sub/Guarantor/Account Number, customers get the numbers confused and its easy to get posted to the wrong account.
> 
> I like the billing and write off processes the most easy to follow directions.
