> **Pros**: VBAS is a barebones benefits management system. I guess it technically gets the job done, but is not user-friendly.

> **Cons**: The software is not user-friendly. I find myself wanting to click on links that arent hotlinks and navigate to sections that don't exist.
> 
> Vbas is used by our company to manage both internal and contract staff for electing in and out of benefits.

> We used this software because it was supported by our administrator. The administrator has generally been great to work with, but this software was not good at all. It was not user friendly for us or our employees. Reporting was very difficult to set up. Took many steps to get to the info you were searching for. We switched after one year.
