In addition, you cannot simply generate a receipt prior to payment clearing via a credit card, which causes confusion during my accounting/bookkeeping processes. Additionally, uploading large documents takes much longer than it should take. Every night around midnight all of my time entries will completely vanish from the system for about 2 hours while it does some sort of update and literally give me a massive heart attack each time I view the screen. The texting feature has a character limit which is frustrating as clients rarely read emails.
