> **Pros**: Having had previous experience using a CMS for a non-related industry as well as having been a website designer for nearly 20 years, I find that the Foxbright CMS system is easy to use and well thought out.  I have learned to take advantage of the more advanced tools built into the system for better content management throughout our 20 school sites.  Our site performs well across both mobile and desktop as well as across the major browser environments. I find content management to be fast and easy once set up as desired.

> **Cons**: Being an advanced user, I do wish that I had access to manage settings within style sheets. It would be nice to see a CSS module where I can change specific class attributes as desired.  However, the Foxbright team has always been helpful and very quick to assist when the need to make these changes have been necessary.

> When used properly, the Foxbright CMS is designed to be well integrated so that your changes flow throughout the system.  My challenge was with the rebuilding and undoing of workarounds by others who had not used the system as it was designed.  However, as I untangled and sorted out previous workarounds, I found there was much more that I could do when using the system as it was designed to be used.  For new users, my advice is to ask questions. The Foxbright team will be happy to assist so that you build your content out properly.  In the long run, it will make your job much more efficient.

> **Pros**: We like the CMS ease of use and the ability to delegate portions of the website to individual schools and departments.

> **Cons**: Relinquishing control of the CSS to the Foxbright designers is sometimes disappointing for me, but in the big picture it works for us because we can have users of all abilities using the CMS and we can be assured the website design will be preserved. Foxbright has been willing to adjust the CSS when I've requested it.

> We needed an updated, ADA compliant website. The Foxbright CMS and the ability to assign pieces of the website to our schools and departments was appealing. We decided to go with Foxbright and have been very pleased with the results. The functionality is just what we needed, the CMS is intuitive and the customer service is beyond our expectations. Now that the website is launched, we are considering the Foxbright app for parent communication.

> **Cons**: Cost and maintenance.  IT cost us about $1300/year to maintain our web presence and although support was very good, it was very cumbersome to update and navigate.  There are much cheaper options that offer a far more user friendly experience.
> 
> Too pricey for us.
