Gone are the days of physically submittkng a form or emailing a form. I like that workflows can be created, notification can be enabled, and history of form approval can be tracked. Our office uses laserfiche to submitnrequests for events and for our workers to report what they accomplished at work. Other forms that have been created allow for file uploading.
