Reviews of Salesforce Sales Cloud
Amazing experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud
Comments: In my Company, the Salesforce Sales Cloud is the tool for everyday work. This software has everything needed to work effectively in one place.
Pros:
It is essential software not only for Sales Teams, who can have all information from the Customers and many Automation tools in place but Salesforce Sales Cloud could be fine-tuned for other teams inside a company. Different consoles and views could be created for Finance, HR, IT, Chief Officers, Managers, and Support.
Cons:
It is a complex product requiring bigger efforts from companies and teams. It would be best to have a separate team of professionals, who know the details and can create, adjust the views, fix bugs in automation scripts, update changes, and provide training to employees.

Salesforce could be better for the money
Comments: Fair. It cost too much to have to get it fixed all the time and have to always buy more products
Pros:
Storage. We work off of many salesforce products.
Cons:
Always has issues. For our industry we are always having to buy more products to make it work.
Salesforce Sales Cloud - User Friendly-ish
Comments: Overall, Salesforce Sales Cloud has been very pleasant to use, but it could use a few updates to make reports, claims, and general population of month statistics more user-friendly.
Pros:
Salesforce Sales Cloud is a very organized platform that makes it easy to see what projects are being completed and prioritize things that need immediate action.
Cons:
When running reports and needing to see the total of monetary value items, there is a difficulty in determining if this can be done within the report itself or if in needs to be completed on the dashboard. This is confusing in itself but also leads to difficulty when going between a PC unit and a mobile phone or iPad app version.
Great enterprise product but takes time and money to get setup
Comments: Customizable product that can be adapted to fit every business' requirements, though it does take some time to get setup and running!
Pros:
Works considerably well for enterprise companies with custom deal-flow and lead requirements.
Cons:
Due to the customisable nature of the product, it takes quite some time to get things setup. The UI is also quite outdated and not that user friendly.
