> **Cons**: It has a very outdated feel to it. I haven't noticed any updates or improvements in the 2 years of using.

> It was touted as a superior product and a "must have" with the hospital software we upgraded to. However, the hospital software does many things Rapport does but better. Plus it was supposed to be an upgraded product from the previous version (Vetstreet). I would argue that it is not.
