Days go by answering basic questions that were answered in the initial ticket. Weeks can go by before resolution of a more complex issue. > > The overall day-to-day experience with ProShip has been great. The product is reliable and "just works." The methods to add devices at stations (i.e. Scanners and Printers) is antiquated but is stable and works when the proper methods are applied. Support, however, has been far from great. Despite multiple calls with support management, we tend to always run into the same issue of a ticket taking days to get escalated to a higher level technician who can actually provide us with the answer/fix that is needed to resolve the root issue. The most frustrating part is spending days answering questions that were answered either in the initial ticket or follow-up replies.
