Service Geeni, a one stop solution for Field Management
Comments: Excellent. Really helpful people across all areas of the project, from Sales to Customer Support and Technical.
Pros:
The team really got a feeling for what it was we needed from the system and this meant we were able to have the software tailored to our needs as far as possible. SG were also instrumental in the integration project which connected our existing ERP system to their platform.
Cons:
Nothing I disliked. There were areas of the platform that I felt could be tweaked slightly specific to our needs but we have been able to propose changes via the support infrastructure for future development, so really can't complain!

Pros:
The ability to schedule and track all of our equipment as well as our spare parts inventory helps keep our equipment running very efficiently. Service Geeni is invaluable in tracking all of this work!
