Reviews of Adobe Creative Cloud

Alternatives Considered:
Expensive but worth it
Pros:
It's a complete solution for all design-related requirements. prom photos to videos and from pixel-based graphics to vector-based graphics. there is something for everyone to use.
Cons:
the price is high. All the features and benefits are going to be much much better if the price was slightly lower.
Adobe deployment is easy with online access
Comments: We have had a great experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, especially with multiple users.
Pros:
I love how all of the features are integrated within the one Creative Cloud Suite. I use Photoshop, Lightroom, and Premiere Pro, and it makes it so easy when I have all of that software integrated within Adobe Creative Cloud.
Cons:
It is expensive, but I do think it is worth the price since this is professional software.
scam, stay away from this company
Pros:
scam, its the worst model, they steal your money
Cons:
scam, they steal your money and charge you massively for canceling
Invaluable Resource
Comments: It is absolutely useful, I can use it on all my devices and find invaluable resources.
Pros:
Effective, totally user-friendly and practical.
Cons:
So far I I have found only fUntastic features.

Alternatives Considered:
The standard, but the gap is closing.
Pros:
Having used Adobe CC ever since its inception, it's still the standard across the board. It runs well on MacOS, is mostly reliable and each app inside it plays well with others.
Cons:
Pricey subscription model, average customer service and Adobe are prone to taking away important features at will, or changing all the shortcuts you ever knew and messing them up in the next release. Its hard to suggest that Adobe are customer-focussed.
Creative Collaboration Made Simple
Pros:
I love how simple the Adobe Creative Cloud makes it to collaborate with my team in new and unique ways. It streamlines the collaboration process.
Cons:
Adobe Creative Cloud and the products that fall within its usage can have a bit of a learning curve, so it is essential to utilize their training resources with your team!
Worth the annual subscription
Pros:
There are many features I use almost daily for design and administrative work. Adobe fonts is a great tool to find the font desired. Adobe Acrobat is great for e-signatures and agreements. Adobe Illustrator is what I use the most often. The best feature for the whole cloud is that there are regular updates to all of the products.
Cons:
There are times when the cloud unexpectedly signs out. This causes the fonts downloaded through the cloud to stop functioning, and you need to re-link the fonts again for the whole project.
The Gold Standard!
Comments: I've, overall, been using ACC for 10+ years and it's been absolutely essential in building my business and in the services we offer.
Pros:
It's the gold standard in the design industry. I trust it.
Cons:
It's expensive, and the collaborative tools on it are lacking, in my experience and opinion.
Powerful, But Pricey: Great for Pros
Comments: Overall, it’s powerful and versatile, but the cost and complexity can be a bit much for casual users. For pros, though, it’s a game-changer.
Pros:
I loved how all the apps work seamlessly together. Whether it's Photoshop, Illustrator, or Premiere, switching between them is smooth and intuitive. Plus, having everything in one place and synced in the cloud is super convenient.
Cons:
The price can be pretty steep, especially if you only need a couple of apps. Also, sometimes it feels a bit bloated with features you might not use.
It adds up but it's great.
Comments: Adobe Creative Cloud is convenient and easy to use. I like being able to locate all my Adobe apps quickly and easily and update them all through the cloud.
Pros:
I like that I can access all the creative tools in one easy place.
Cons:
I wish the subscriptions within Adobe Creative Cloud were a bit cheaper.
Adobe Creative Cloud I the only way
Comments: I use this every day... all day. I do not see myself without it. I used to have 3 or 4 graphic element subscriptions but have since dropped them all after using the Creative Cloud. Every aspect of my business has benefitted from the Creative Cloud and it seems to get better every single day. We take time, as a team, to use their tutorials and continue to learn every single day.
Pros:
I like how they have everything bundled in an easy to use, and the fluidity between users and teams. It helps us stay organized and allows us to work together seemlessly.
Cons:
Some apps do have a steep learning curve and can look scary at first. To battle this, they have tons of video tutorials to use and learn along and from.
The one and standard, waiting for a missing competitor
Comments: Adobe CC is the standard for creative production, but clearly the missing competition from a proper sized competitor has reduced innovation and code optimization
Pros:
It is the standard in creative production
Cons:
A layered pachyderm, increasingly slow for no apparent reason
Good Product, will continue to use.
Comments: From the first time I started the program it has always been running in the background doing what it does best, it’s backing files up, updating apps, and a bunch of other good stuff.
Pros:
I really enjoyed the ease of use, and very sleek interface.
Cons:
I don’t really know if there is anything that I didn’t particularly like about the software.
Creating a convenient path for creatives
Comments: Overall experience is great. I hope the prices can be reduced for long term subscribers.
Pros:
I like the vast amount of software that is easy to access and much needed in the design industry.
Cons:
I do not like the subscription fees as I think they should implement the one time fee structure thatwas very affordable.
Powerful tool for creative tasks.
Comments: It has allowed me to elevate my design skills and produce professional-quality work across various mediums, from graphic design and photography to video editing and animation.
Pros:
Adobe constantly updates its apps with new features and improvements, ensuring that I always have access to the latest creative tools and technologies.
Cons:
I experience performance issues or crashes, especially when working with large files or complex projects.
Very nice and complete but a bit expensive
Comments: Overall I am happy, but I find it a very expensive option. I think there must be other programs on the market that do the same thing and are cheaper. If I want to use just one application, I don't need to pay for all the cloud applications, but it is more expensive to use just one than to have everything. I would like to have an easy and simple option to use only one or (maximum 2) and not have to pay the full price.
Pros:
It's all in one place, you can update the different versions from one place. That makes things easier.
Cons:
What is an advantage becomes a disadvantage, as everything is concentrated in the adobe cloud, and starting from the same hub with the different applications, when you have to make an update it takes too long and does not work well until you update an application you can not open or do anything with the other. I think it may also have to do with the version of my computer, memory ,processor, etc..
Scamming customers to pay monthly fees
Comments: I purchased a software cs6 disc 8 years ago. It's been working for 8 years. Now I get a pop up that it will be disabled unless I upgrade. This company is a scam. I have been in contact with them 7 times to resolve this issue. It has now become a form of harassment. Their customer support people are ignorant. Then they send you to self help. Not only have they wasted much of my time, but my websites and pictures are at stake. They are investigating non genuine software and using honest people to investigate. If you have this problem I suggest you contact the federal trade commission as they are fraudulent and trying to increase revenue illegally but threatening to disable a product you purchased. They can't suddenly disable a product I bought and ask for a monthly payment. It's a scam. I have CD's and DVD's and movies. They don't tell you after years you have to start paying for them monthly.
Pros:
nothing. the company has terrible ignorant customer service
Cons:
They will disable your software unless you pay a monthly fee
Creatively Brillaint
Comments: Overall, this software is excellent, and I can’t complain about its quality. It’s regularly updated and fantastic to use.
Pros:
I like how creative cloud allows you to have a full suite of integrated applications for media creation and creative design. It is simply excellent at designing your own graphics, or editing, a movie or a video and even creating illustrative documents.
Cons:
Creative cloud is very highly priced and has little movement in price, depending on how much you use it. If you use it 24 seven, you will likely pay the same as if you use it once a year.

Alternatives Considered:
World’s most capable image editing software
Comments: The applications and tools are great and have been a part of my design and creative process since the start.
Pros:
Adobe Creative Suite offers a comprehensive collection of professional tools for various creative needs, enabling me as a designer to seamlessly transition between different mediums and effectively bring my visions to life.
Cons:
While I don't have preferences or dislikes, some users might find Adobe Creative Suite to be complex and challenging to master due to its extensive features and occasionally, they might find its subscription pricing model to be burdensome for long-term use.

Photographer: Can't live without Adobe Creative Cloud
Pros:
While there are other editing apps out there, Adobe Creative Cloud is the industry standard and offers everything I need to run my business from excellent photo editing software and the best software for design. I love that I pay for the entire suite each year and get everything for one price.
Cons:
I don't love the annual fee as I don't necessarily need the update each year.
Just what our team needed!
Comments: We used to all have our own subscriptions but moved over to a team account. It is very easy to manage and have what we need at hand.
Pros:
Creative Cloud has all the apps I need for my creative process.
Cons:
We have been very happy with our Adobe Creative Cloud.
All-in-One Creative tools HUB
Pros:
Variety off apps that helps me with my projects from A:Z
Cons:
Softwares not coming in standalone versions anymore
Non Existing Support - Creative Cloud
Pros:
worked for 8 years without problem but yesterday I had a big disappointment.
Cons:
For the fist time yesterday I had an issue, with the signature function. I contacted Adobes support chat and they support guy told me there was relationship problem between the Adobe Apps and that I had to clean the isssus away. He then proceeded to send me one long step-by-step instruction and one web page that was at least 5 pages long and told me I had to follow the instructions. I told him I needed help with the instructions but his response was that no help would be provided. I canceled my subscription the same day. Non-existing support should never be accepted by a long time client.
The industry standard for image generation - for a reason
Comments: It's a very powerful suite of programs for producing and editing images and scientific figures.
Pros:
Nothing comes close in terms of power for generating and editing images in a professional setting.
Cons:
The insistence of inserting "AI" elements is an unnecessary intrusion.
The Bundle Is Going to Get You
Comments: Creative Cloud let me know that the next update would make the suite nonfunctional on my current desktop. So I hard stopped the updates. My hardware still works. The software pushes to force sunsetting perfectly serviceable hardware is incredibly irritating. If there was anyway to get out of the "software as a service model" that Adobe has adopted with Creative Cloud, I would. But, as that's the only way to play the game, it's a necessary evil to access a great video suite.
Pros:
It's really the only way to access Premiere Pro, and Premiere Pro is an exceptional video editing suite of tools.
Cons:
As updates to Creative Cloud itself have occurred, it's intentionally sunset functionality. Be careful, because the software requirements can outpace perfectly serviceable hardware.
