Great software used daily

Comments: Overall I think this software was very useful and very easy to train on. Clean and simple presentation.

Pros:

Very easy to navigate the system, extremely user friendly.

Cons:

A few glitches in the software in the time that I used it. The program went down a couple of times resulting in manually setting customers in tanning beds.

Pros:

It helps daily to check in tanning guests. It is easy to train people to use.

Cons:

Freezes sometimes and you can't pull large reports without it freezing everyone.

Make the switch to something else.

Comments: Terrible, customer service is an absolute joke which you were constantly having to call because there software didn’t work. Lost lots of customers over software issues that were out of our control and sunlync told me to get over it. Highly don’t recommend

Pros:

The set up process how they walk you through everything and all the features.

Cons:

It was CONSTANTLY not working, we would have to close the salon down because the database server would have issues and they were the only ones able to fix it. [SENSITIVE CONTENT] was the only decent one there but is no longer with them. Customer service is absolutely TERRIBLE and rude. We have 4 salons and i was losing more money by sticking with sunlync then i was having nothing at all. Efts don’t run automatically, you can’t access sunlync from home the list goes on and on

Easy to Use Software

Comments: Once I was able to get the hang out SunLync Select my job was a lot simpler. I love this software. I am sad that I did not come across it sooner.

Sunlync is good, but you have to stay up with the upgrades

Comments: Submitting reviews are easy.

Pros:

Sunlync helps to keep our tanning company organized with checking in a guest and updating inventory.

Cons:

It is not easy to customize. If there is a function that is not available you have to wait and see if the fix come out in a future upgrade. But of course, you have to pay for every upgrade.
