Making changes to a document saves a new version and leaves an audit trail, so you can see previous versions and who edited what 2. You can share external links to netdocuments files, which is very helpful 3. The organisation of documents is done very well. The folder structure is easy to read and navigate 4. The integrations with Microsoft products are done very well. It's completely seamless and integrates into my workflow perfectly > > **Cons**: 1.
