Because these are two different organizations, sometimes there is a little tail chasing, where one company says the problem resides with the other, and we get advised to troubleshoot with the other party. Eventually the problems always get solved, wherever they lie, but sometimes support is a little eager to delegate away when in reality they could help us if they took the time. > > It's great, better than any alternative.
