> **Pros**: Epay has made paying carriers and invoicing our customers so much more efficient than what it used to be. I mostly love the audit logs of all activity on each invoice and the ease of communicating with our carriers through the site.

> **Cons**: The only thing I would change is the reporting. You can only pull 3 months of data at a time so if you want data for 6 months, 1 year, etc, then you have to pull the same report multiple times for different time periods.
