> **Pros**: Mortgage Builder is a cradle to grave LOS. At my last mortgage company MB worked with us to create a web based application that mirrored the flow of a 1003 for sales to use in the field on their cell phones if needed. The software itself was very strong and easy to use once you got the hang of the nuances of the system. Really enjoyed using this product.

> **Pros**: Very comprehensive loan originating software from start of application to sale of loan. Mortgage Builder has pieced together many quality components to offer the customer a lot of flexibility in they way they want to manage their pipelines. They also have a great support staff that will keep you updated with any issues they are working. The implementation team was also very professional, efficient, and patient in walking us through our initial setup.

> **Cons**: They use a database model that does not easily connect with other RDMS, except through a clunky ODBC-based VPN. This is OK, but doesn't allow for quick \& easy access to their backend database without quite a bit of setup on the customer's side. As mentioned in the Pros section, they have brought together a lot of quality components to facilitate the loan process, but some pieces don't work as well as others to that end, and require some self-study of the program. But again, I think they are making a concerted effort to remedy that. Also, their web-based version of the LOS is a little dated in the look and feel of the application, but still very capable in completing the application life-cycle outside of the desktop version.
