> **Cons**: Not very flexible.  Does not allow for any customization. Any specific customization they made for us costs us every time we upgrade.  Cost per user is to high to deploy shop wide. We are not made aware of enhancements without asking for the information.

> Overall experience has been good and it does what we want it to do for now.

> **Cons**: We have had it for several years and at first not all the transactions were built out. They are available now so this has gone away.

> The users have adopted it well. It does most everything we want and it is customizable enough to keep the user community happy. Support has been excellent and new versions have been introduced without drama. Obviously they do a good job of testing their new releases.
