We used survey monkey for staff, pupil, parent and governor questionnaires. Ur summarised the data very well and gave clear indicators for future development.
Pros:
Easy to use and can provide a good looking format for engagement with your stakeholders. We have used it both as creators and as customers
Cons:
It took a while to train other staff members in its use but there are options and tutorials available: better than many other options

My overall experience with SurveyMonkey has been highly positive—it offers an intuitive interface that makes creating even complex surveys quick and efficient. The advanced logic features, diverse question types, and real-time analytics make it ideal for collecting and analyzing meaningful feedback. While the premium features can be costly, the platform consistently delivers professional results and reliability for both small and large-scale survey projects.
Pros:
It is the most intuitive survey builder there is with features such as drag and drop interface, various questions types and provides a comprehensive way to add logic to the surveys. In addition, templates are ample and are mostly ready to use. Like their analytics and reporting as well with real-time results and export options available. It integrates well with my ecosystem of hubspot and salesforce
Cons:
Pricing can be better, as free plan is limited to 10 questions and 40 responses per survey. Additionally, there is less flexibility compared to typeform and google forms when it comes to visual customisation

I have used this product for years to get feedback and market research as a survey tool. It is easy to use and quick to implement.
Pros:
Ease of use and flexibility with customizations, features are intuitive for create survey for leads, employees and many other groups for free.
Cons:
Unable to embed surveys directly into an email, it always redirects people to their website. That’s a bit annoying whenever I’m looking to get feedback.

SurveyMonkey is a good platform if the company uses it as a basic survey tool for employees surveys. If you require more in dept information, be ready to be charged a lot more.
Pros:
SurveyMonkey is a good platform to use if you wish to create surveys. We mostly use for employees survey. It is a good tool because when you end the survey, it helps you to create graph to have a better understanding of the overall survey outcome.
Cons:
The cost of the platform is the most disadvantage above all. If you have the basic plan, you are restricted to 10 questions only. If you have the advanced plan, it costs a lot of money.
