> **Pros**: Sassafras K2 captures complete information on machine and software usage.  The level of detail in the information gathered is impressive and useful.  Support from the Sassafras is solid and available to users of all skill levels.

> **Cons**: The interface has a learning curve.  It is good to pair with the vendor when beginning to install their agent on the clients.  I use is mostly for asset tracking and usage, but the capabilities are big and can be overwhelming for the end user.
> 
> Sassafras helps in identify waste in business.   It is a good product for cost analysis of software and hardware.
