> **Pros**: What I liked most about Clinic Pro when I used it during my clinical internship for 6 months was how easy it was create daily visit notes.

> **Cons**: What I liked the least about Clinic Pro was how outdated and inefficient the entire software program is. Creating a new patient file/new exam note is extensive and time-consuming, confusing, not clear and not well placed/thought out.

> We have had clinic pro for 10 years.  It was easy to set up and implement.  Customer service was excellent until the past year and now wait times are longer and they have a hard time figuring out problems that arise.  It is not certified for meaningful use and the EHR notes need a ton of customization.  You can get it certified but you must pay for it yourself.  Billing is easy as well as entering in insurance payments.  Does not have text or email appointment reminders.

Some reorganization at the executive level has caused this company to go down hill very quickly.  For many years, support was top notch.  Now you cannot get anyone competent on the phone -- if you get anyone at all.
