> **Pros**: A central pane of glass to keep an eye on customer cloud accounts.  We specifically use SaaS Alerts to monitor customer Microsoft365 accounts for suspicious activity.

> **Cons**: Out of the box, it can generate a lot of noisy / false alerts.
