> **Pros**: They did manage to lower the data packets and did not heat the users phone as much.
> 
> **Cons**: We invested lots of dev resources in making what was supposed to be an "out of the box" integration. It was never working as advertised and our user base churned. We struggled with making it work for months.
> 
> Even after notifying the \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] of our issues the support team  was slow to resolve our issues. After moths of my tinkering the service never worked as promised.
