Comments: Perfect. Our CS and sales team use it every day to keep track of customers.

Pros:

Making segmentation of my customer base and seeing what each cohort is doing. Having churn and buying signals along the way. Just knowing in what stage clients are and pushing them down the funnel on autopilot.

Cons:

We had to tweak the rules for getting our customer health scores accurate. Would have loved to do that automatically, but no major issue.

From reactive to proactive customer success

Comments: They help us reduce churn, so very I’m very happy with it. We now know how customers use our product and that helps with our quarterly checkins.

Pros:

Journy helps us making sure that customers get the most value from our software and thus are successful. We shifted from a reactive, to a proactive CS and sales approach. We also enjoy the Customer 360° feature where you see all customer information from our whole tech stack in one place.

Cons:

I was worried that it might be too complex but it turned out to be very easy to work with.

Best for SaaS companies looking to increase revenue and diminish churn

Pros:

360° customer view, churn/buying/expansion signals in my CRM and the customer journey mapping to how everyone is doing.

Cons:

We use a custom CRM and had to put some effort in making a connection with it.

Much needed for all product led growth companies

Comments: Using journy.io directly impacted our business so wouldn’t change a thing.

Pros:

They reduced our churn and increased our conversion rate. We have a freemium model so getting these free users to a paid plan was always a challenge. We now segment good and bad free users and get them to our ‘aha’ moment faster through personalized content based on user behavior. All automated so that saves a ton of time.

Cons:

No major cons atm. Maybe more integrations, although they have Zapier.
