With the HelloGM app on my cell phone, I am able to look up multiple business entity’s information. It is a “one-stop-shop” right at my fingertips with updates that are uploaded daily. It’s like having my own Assistant\! The integration with our existing business processes was a smooth transition because the Team was able to work together and fast to make it happen; therefore, it was very easy. > > **Cons**: The features that I have felt that are missing or needed improved that have been noted, where fixed immediately. It was a matter of different access titles for some who does, or doesn’t need all the financial information. You can only deposit the amount of money that is dropped. Sometimes clerks end up short, yet I’m still expected to deposit money that may not be there. It adds an hour or more a day of office work when I could be on the floor.
