> **Pros**: Candidates answer some questions  on VideoCV, which gives the first impression and overview about the candidates' language or any other required skills. The video can be shared with the manager and the feedback can also be handled on the same platform. It is easy to use and no additional instructions are required for the candidates involved - just send the link and wait for the video.

> **Pros**: First impression is the most important and video CV gives you opportunity to screen the candidates who are brilliant in giving good first impression. Helps a lot to validate the cultural fit and overall motivation. Gives me opportunity to dig deeper in the first round interviews.

> **Cons**: I don't like that there is a big portion of candidates who don't reply at all. Maybe they would have turned out brilliant in the first round interview but they got rejected due to unresponsiveness.
