Regarding the bulk upload issue, we’re pleased to let you know that this has been addressed. The bulk upload feature now includes an option to check for duplicate accounts by email address. This ensures duplicates are flagged during the process, helping to prevent unnecessary admin work. We’re confident this update will make account management much smoother.
