> **Pros**: Not much other then the fact that it was the software our office decided on in the beginning so it was all I was really familiar with
> 
> **Cons**: After using other software applications I feel like it was hard to stare at the screen for too long as it was not friendly to the eyes. Simple soap notes and billing was harder to do and required additional software to change
> 
> It was ok for the time being
