> **Pros**: With In My Team we are able to put the services under one scheduled visit. You can also schedule recertifications every 60 days in advance for a long period of times. It is also great for payroll accuracy.

> **Cons**: I don’t like that the episodes that we are in for each patient is not easily visible. Originally we could not upload the care plans under care plans but since then, IMT has made it to where it is now possible.

> I welcome it. It is not too complex. We have our operations manager that works with IMT to update system to fit our needs for maximum use.

> **Cons**: To many to list. Keep being told good question will get back to you but dont. Cant add e/o to master schedule. Cant be notified when field staff send message.  Reports i need. Focuss seems more medicare and we are not a medicare co.

If engagement drops, the platform can quickly feel quiet or stagnant. Unlike large social networks where there’s always content flowing, InMyTeam’s smaller-circle model means momentum is fragile.
