Comments: There seem to be 2 main guys there that really know what's going on and have been there from the beginning - they're stretched too thin and the other support staff are new or still getting trained. The product has too many "little workarounds" you need to be informed about and that aren't documented in the knowledge base. The online chat support does not know all the ins and outs and small workarounds of the software - only the main 2 guys do. The lack of support, multi day turnaround and poor user interface from the member side is not what any quality gym would choose to offer their members. I hope this review helps anyone considering this software. I sincerely hope Fliip increases their support staff, improves their user (member) side interface, and updates their online knowledge base.

Pros:

There are tons of functionality features packed into the software. Online hosting of the software is good - software is fast.

Cons:

The customer support is understaffed. The majority of support is online chat and a the software has several *bugs . I'm waiting 2 weeks to get an UPDATE (not a fix) about why automated emails are not working for my trial customers. The online knowledge base is incomplete and leaves no other option besides waiting on support chat. Because there's no voice call or video call readily available any bugs you tell them about have to be videoed by you to send through the chat or email - super inefficient and very time consuming. As a result of the above, lots of *glitches in the software or small workaround solutions that take multiple days to get communicated to you.

Comments: Everything went smoothly from startup to actually making it available to our members. Our questions were answered efficiently. We felt as if we'd have always been part of the Fliip family.

Pros:

Fliip is VERY intuitive and user friendly.

Cons:

I don't think there is a major con or flaw in Fliip.

Comments: The customer service has been very good. This is what makes Fliip worth the price. The support to see you through the steps to get up and running and also to stay in step with new features they continue to bring on board, making the app so much more powerful.

Pros:

Fliip has brought us into the tech age which has increased sales, quality of service, added extra products and services. Expanded our business and simplify its operation.

Cons:

It takes some tech savvy ness but mostly stick-to-it-ness to go through the processes. Nothing more than the regular demands a business owner faces.

Some reports are not accurate and misleading. For example, a client says INACTIVE for 10 days, but the were registered last week.

Comments: We used to manage our our booking through our site. Being able to piggyback on a platform others have perfected has been an enormous time and energy saver.

Pros:

This app allows our clients to help themselves. Booking, rescheduling, buying, and communicating with us.

Cons:

I am rather certain my issues with FLiiP are from my own ignorance. And, the class menu that appears when you hover over a class is large and usually in the way.

Comments: I have only been using for a couple of months, and would say the booking is very smooth and straightforward, but the payment needs some improvement.

Pros:

I like that you can pre-book classes far in advance, unlike some other platforms that only allowed one week at a time.

Cons:

I don't think the payment portion is completely smoothed out yet. It charged me twice once month.

Comments: Before knowing Fliip, I was using an other software that did much less for my business. Now everything is centralized, accounting, communication, schedule management, customers, everything. I save time and I can take care of my clients even more. Fliip is the heart of my business management.

Pros:

Honestly, Fliip greatest strength is listening to us, their customers. I don't feel like a number and I have the impression that they are doing everything to help us as much as possible. The response time is immediate and I always have someone from the Fliip team who is ready to help me. Also, Fliip keeps evolving and seems like every new option is a big help for my business. I feel like the owners of fliip are reading my mind and made the best management software for me. The software is easy to use for me, my employees and my customers. I have never had any bad comments.

Cons:

I would love to write something, but whenever I needed an improvement and talked to the Fliip team about it, they worked on the changes. I wouldn't say no to a good referral system for my clients though, but I know he's working on it right now.

Pros:

Fliip me permet de gérer efficacement les 80 heures de cours que nous offrons chaque semaine à mon gym en plus de tous les rendez-vous d'entraînement privé. Super fiable. On répond à mes questions toujours rapidement et gentiment. Merci [caché sensible contenu] et merci Fliip!

Cons:

Pour l'instant rien de majeur, peut-être des petites lenteurs dans le système une fois de temps en temps.

Pros:

Plusieurs fonctionnalités qui s'adaptent bien aux critères spécifiques de mon modèle d'affaires. EXCELLENT service à la clientèle, beaucoup d'accompagnement pour configurer FLiiP. J'étais réticente au niveau du prix avant de faire mon choix, mais maintenant que je travaille avec FLiiP, je confirme que ce prix est largement justifié!

Cons:

Aucun jusqu'à maintenant! Je suis très satisfaite

Comments: Je m’en sert à tout les jour au travail, et en tant que client j’adore l’efficacité et la facilité.

Pros:

faciliter d’utilisation. Minimise les erreur lors de la création des clients avec le ID.

Le choix des abonnements/paiements sont parfois difficile à bien comprendre il faut prendre le temps de bien lire

Pros:

Les modèles sont bien fait, je n’ai pas eu besoin de changer beaucoup de chose. La plateforme est facile a comprendre, très instinctive. Les employés sont aidant lorsqu’il est temps des premières étapes pour l’installation.

Cons:

Ce que je préfère le moins est le nom de marque. Le double «i » porte à confusion.

Comments: Une assistance parfaite! J'avais de l'importance à leur yeux et ils ont bien pris soin de m'organiser cela dans les délai que j'avais besoin!

Pros:

Le service! En français! Et rapide! Au début on a toujours besoin d'assitance pour maitriser un logiciel. Je déteste devoir lire pendant des heures les instructions quand en 5 min on peut me donner des instructions claire et précise.

Cons:

Je n'ai pas encore trouvé! Peut-être l'ajout de clients de passages sans avoir à ouvrir un dossier

Comments: Personnel très compétent et d'une disponibilité incroyable !

Pros:

Les avantages sont vraiment nombreux ! Meilleure gestion des inscriptions et l'horaires des cours. Liste des présences aux cours vraiment facile à utiliser. Gestion des paiements et suivi de ceux-ci vraiment facile à utiliser. Cela m'a apporté un meilleur suivi de mes membres, une économie de temps et une meilleure gestion de mon entreprise!

Cons:

Jusqu'à maintenant je n'ai pas d'aspects négatifs !

Comments: Avec Fliip, j'ai la possibilité de faire des suivis avec ma clientèle. Que ce soit pour un renouvellement ou une nouvelle membre qui a fait un essai gratuit. Je manque aucun suivi avec cette application.

Pros:

Belle accessibilité aux abonnements, à l'horaire des cours et à la réservation des essais gratuits pour les membres.Système très efficace pour la gestion de mon entreprise qui me permet d'augmenter très certainement mes ventes.

Cons:

J'aimerais avoir la possibilité de modifié un entraîneur pour un bloc de cours complet au lieu de devoir y aller cours par cours. Ça serait plus simple et ça me sauverait du temps.

Comments: Fantastique !

Pros:

La plateforme est très user friendly, très appréciée des clients c’est facile pour eux de prendre leur abonnement et de gérer leur réservation. La fonction de rappel fonctionne bien aussi, notamment pour les listes d’attente. L’automatisation et les paiements en ligne facilite beaucoup la gestion pour nous et nos coaches. Le support technique est impeccable et toujours très réactif !

Cons:

La mise en place des cours est un peu compliquée au début mais une fois que c’est fait ça va.

Pros:

Le plus facile est l'utilisation que nos clients peuvent en faire. Nous n'avons pratiquement jamais de problème de compréhension de leur côtés. Tout est facile à gérer autant pour les abonnements que pour les paiements.

Cons:

Le fait que les contrats ne sont pas actualisés a chaque paiement pour montrer que le paiements a bien été fait. Plus facile pour certains membres de déduire en dépenses par la suite.
