UP - Corporify review

5.0 10 months ago

Comments: Corporify is a very elaborate system with a lot of options and features, yet it has remained very user-friendly!

Pros:

That both corporate management and contract/document management are centralized in 1 same system. The various options when inserting a shareholder structure. The ease of being able to and select which specific data you want to extract from the system.

Cons:

No negative comments so far. One suggestion: to sign directly through Docusign, all signatories must be known in Corporify, but if you want the counterparty to sign as well, that may not be practical if it is just for 1 signature.

Thé solution for digital share register

5.0 5 months ago

Comments: Very nice and easy to use system. We engaged to have a digital share register including history for the multiple acquisitions we perform per year. In the meanwhile we discovered the flexibility and added value of its access for different type of users without having to bother legal.

Pros:

The ease of setting up, maintaining and updating shareholder ownership, governance and organisational charts. One single source of truth where there is no discussion any more about being up to date

Cons:

The signing module is quite cumbersome and does not allow to have signatures being put in one range and visually framed

Many entities to manage? Corporify will be your best, or even your only option.

5.0 6 months ago

Comments: Accessible, freindly and professional team, who go the extra mile to get you onboarded properly and help deliver a successful implementation.

Pros:

It stores everything we want to put in one place around entity management, and since corporify 'knows' our legal structure, it's possible to generate correct charts, even of the situation in the past. Not all our users are regular users, and corporify is one of the few solutions that are intuitive enough to put in front of incidental users who just want a quick and correct answer to their question.

Cons:

While Corporify does have document generation capabilities, it does not support fully modular legal document production, so uor inhouse legal team needs another application that is specially made to support drafting contracts, nda's etcetera.

Success Tool for Shareholder Management

5.0 7 months ago

Pros:

The integration of the Excel files for the Share Regsiters, as well the integration of the Personal Data of the Managers from Corporify in PowerBI.

Cons:

If there are things that we would not be satisfied with, Corporify would do the necessary to take care of this as soon as possible to the extent that they can. (Which is not the case for now)

5.0 10 months ago

Pros:

The software is user-friendly, and the service and commitment of the team is very good. They actively engage in collaborative problem-solving and show genuine interest in identifying areas for improvement.

Cons:

We've identified certain features missing in the investor portal that we aim to incorporate for our investors. Fortunately, we've already discussed this during a call, and they're working on the improvements.

Comments: Corporify is a great tool to keep track of our clients shareholder structures, shareholder registers and legal documents. If there are questions, the support team is very responsive and will take suggestions for improvements under consideration.
The organisational charts are a very nice feature that has seen a lot of improvement in the past few years.

Pros:

Cons:

More integrations with government databases would be a plus, but I don’t experience a lot of difficulties in my day to day use

Digital legal entity management

5.0 4 years ago

Comments: We use Corporify to manage our investments. Corporify allows us to centralize all our legal data and share these data with our legal advisor(s) through a user-friendly portal. Since we started using Corporify in 2019, we have seen the number of features grow steadily. The helpdesk is excellent and the team has been very responsive to our suggestions. If you are looking for a tool to manage your legal entities and automate your corporate housekeeping processes, Corporify is an excellent solution with a lot of merits, including some limited contract management features.

Pros:

Digital register for securities. Document assembly tool. User-friendly portal to share legal data and documents to third parties is a real asset.

Cons:

Relatively new software in full development, but the Corporify team is very responsive to suggestions.

Our single source of truth!

5.0 4 years ago

Comments: Corporify is a very useful tool to keep track of our complex shareholder structures, previously we did this in Excel but that was no longer manageable. Now we have quick insights into capital calls, distributions and the associated documents that are integrated into the platform, in short, our single source of truth!

Pros:

Competitive pricing, deployment & set-up help, easy to use

Cons:

Some of the features that we want to use aren't integrated yet, but are on their roadmap
