> **Pros**: Spark allowed you to customize the software to your business, prices and products

> **Cons**: Spark had way to many features and options when it came to setting up and running the software. It was too complicated for a new user to manage. Using this software requires a learning curve. There were also a lot of parts and features that were not useful or applicable to our business, so it was expensive paying for things that we never used.

> **Cons**: Lo svantaggio di Spark sta nel fatto che è un programma molto complesso, l'utente che lo utilizza necessita di avere tempo per poter imparare e sfruttare al meglio tutte le funzione per poterlo utilizzare. Spesso succede però, esperienza personale, che si utilizzano solo funzioni basiche e a quel punto il costo è troppo elevato. Quindi si spendono molti soldi per utilizzare solo poche funzioni basilari.
