We have been planning this for several months and a week later it’s still not working at 100% We lost a week of sales out of cloud kitchen, without counting the complaints, cancelled orders, bad reviews and unnecessary stress, the switch was a big mistake, go with the pros instead like Toast or Square even if it’s a bit more expensive. It’s obvious they are inexperienced, they cannot onboard a menu and pictures for you, be prepared to do it yourself and good luck\! We know more then what they do now going through this process, how many of you know that GrubHub only accept changes in integrations on Tuesdays only? How many of you knew that DoorDash needs 5 days to unlink from previous integration in order to accept (Stream) their integration partner? Nobody of course unless you are in that particular line of business, this is why my conclusion is they are all clueless, not trained properly, not professionals. The las thing I will point out is the way the tickets are printing are a big mess, they are crowded, font is too big, they are unreadable, the name of the guest is hidden in the middle of so much unnecessary wording, when I asked if they could clean the way the tickets look like I was told by a \[sensitive content hidden\] this will be up the development team and could take month, meaning nothing will change. I wish I could post pictures here but if anyone wants pictures feel free to contact me, this is the most ridiculous thing I have seen in my career\!
