I have had no issues building profiles, adding to and taking away from them. > > **Cons**: I would love to save my customers time and money by being able to put in the aircraft S/N and if it has been in this system before I could use information already installed by someone else or vice versa. It really makes sense. What if the ADLOG book would erase all of its information every time a new mechanic worked on the aircraft. > > I do enjoy using it. I just hate typing in all the information for a new customer and having to bill them for all that time when the info is on your server somewhere. I talked with a rep about this and the guy only said that is not how it works. I told him I know, but I think it's how it should work. This is not a professional company and as far as the price of the engine subscription P\&W is a 3rd of the price . By time I get through with social media and this company it will coast them more than I payed. I’m just say they have absolutely no compassion for unexpected things that come up . It’s all about the money . You all will never ever get it again.
