Only 1 campaign permitted which can't be edited or archived. The paid-for basic tier feels more like the free version of a freemium product. > > Disappointing after early success. The outreach works well but the basic package is ridiculously limited. Only 1 campaign is permitted which can't be edited once launched (I've seen previous reviews which claim this is "about to be fixed" several months ago). It also can't be archived. So to make a change - eg: introduce an additional message into the sequence, you need to permanently delete the whole campaign and all its data.
