> **Pros**: Taking an outdated paper product and bringing it to this generation. The ease that information is shared and being able to get real time information about families in return. The support we get from the Cogniss customer success team has been timely, informative and understandable.

> A paper based program is only partially successful and has numerous technical flaws and limitations including:&#10;&#10;Participants &#10;1.&#9;Paper Books &#10;-&#9;Difficulty maintaining the integrity of a paper-based Pass Book e.g. toddlers spill drinks, tear the books apart or scribble in the pages.&#10;-&#9;Families have withdrawn because they can’t maintain the books and lose their point allocations when a book is lost or damaged and illegible to read.&#10;-&#9;Families having more than one book eg one left with a service partner and the other in the nappy bag increasing the possibility of duplicate credits and confusion for the participant around what their point balance totals&#10; &#10;2.&#9;The issuing of reward vouchers entails participants booking at time at UCSA to redeem the earned rewards this is often difficult for participants to access with children in tow or transport issues.&#10;&#10;3.&#9;Paper based registration and surveys time consuming and cumbersome resulting in a small completion rate &#10;&#10;Service partners &#10;1.&#9;The requirement to maintaining participation records &#10;2.&#9;Extra administrative tasks around client registrations and suppling participation records to UCSA &#10;&#10;Uniting County SA&#10;1.&#9;Participation and data records &#10;&#10;a)&#9;Inconsistency in collection and collation of the participation and registration records from Service Partners attendance compromises our data &#10;b)&#9;Service partners have identified that they lack the ability to collect simple attendance data for their own
