> **Pros**: Its separation of customers (who you are deploying to), integrations (the flow/ automation that is being built) and the instance (the deployed instance that contains the integration and all the customer specific configuration and credentials). This takes away a large amount of complexity for us and was one of the stand out features we looked for: "How to operationalise integrations".
> 
> **Cons**: The built in connectors are mostly aggregates over the target systems API such as "List leads". It might be nice to see some more use case or specific connectors such as "New employees" for example. We mitigate this as new connectors are easy and quick to make in nodeJs and publish to our internal catalogue.
> 
> Excellent tool
